General Delivery Information

Bulk bag products include compost, manure and aggregates.

Delivery to addresses in England, Wales and Southern Scotland is calculated at the checkout and is free for postcodes beginning CH and SY14.

Regrettably, we do not deliver to NI.

Please contact us before placing your order if you have access concerns.  Please email hello@franktons.com with your address and images your road and property; re-deliveries due to poor access/refusing to accept goods roadside will be charged at the starting rate of £19.95.

Delivery Process

If you live in or near Chester, delivery will take place via HGV crane truck.  These trucks can weigh up to 32 tonnes so will not be able to drive onto your property. If you instruct the driver to do so we are not liable for any damages caused in doing so. The truck will be parked on the public highway and the crane will offload the bulk bags or pallets onto your property if possible (the driver will let you know). Please ensure that the driver can gain access to where the items will be dropped. If there are over hanging wires or trees on your property the crane can not be used and the goods will be left in a roadside location. 

For other addresses, bulk bags are delivered using PalletForce and will be kerbside deliveries to tarmac/hard surfaces only. We cannot deliver on gravel or grass because the hand operated pallet truck will have insufficient traction and may sink or become stuck. If you instruct the driver to leave the pallet on your property, we will not be liable for any damages caused in doing so.

UK Delivery Times

We offer a standard UK delivery time of 3-5 working days on all our products but this may vary with demand.

Regrettably, orders cannot be dispatched on either Saturday or Sunday.

Delivery times cannot be guaranteed in case of adverse weather conditions.
