Gardening is a connection with nature experienced by all those who pursue it. We gardeners are instinctively conscious about the environment and about how we influence it. It's fair to demand garden retailers share the same outlook. At Frankton's, we have sustainability at the heart of everything we do. It's the reason we were created and it informs which products we sell from our store.
Our job is to show you why we consider a product to be sustainable. For every one of the products we sell, we provide a written sustainability explanation, but to make things quicker and easier, we've created our own Sustainability Labels.

We aim to become the first-choice retailer for gardeners who want to make more conscious and sustainable purchases.
We want to do this by showing that sustainable products needn't compromise price and function.
Frankton's are working to eliminate single use plastic
Plastic is here to stay but there are ways that existing plastics can be used sustainably. We're committed to retailing products that are made from recycled plastic or long lasting virgin plastics provided they can be recycled at the end of their life. We're excluding single use and short life plastics that have become accepted in horticulture. Why not join Frankton's to help achieve this goal?
Situated in the county town of Chester
Frankton's is based in the pretty village of Aldford, Cheshire, just south of Chester.
We are a family-owned online store. We don't have a shop to visit, so it's especially important that our customers can reach us easily.
Wholesale and Trade
Our goal is to bring as many sustainable products to the garden market as possible. If you produce or distribute products that meet our sustainability criteria, then we're interested in hearing from you.
