Collecting the nutrient-rich liquid fertiliser from your HOTBIN is now easier with the new HOTBIN Plinth. The Plinth raises your HOTBIN off the ground by 125mm (5 inches) providing easy access to slide a suitable receptacle underneath the HOTBIN tap when draining the liquid fertiliser.
Durable, sleek and hardwearing, situate the Plinth on a flat level surface and ease the HOTBIN into the contoured raised edges to provide a snug, firmly nested fit.

General Delivery Information
Delivery to addresses in England, Wales and Southern Scotland is free of charge. If you live north of the Scottish Central Belt, on a Scottish Island, in Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland, your order may incur a delivery charge.
We try to keep costs as low as possible, however there are certain locations within the UK mainland (as mentioned above) which are unfortunately subject to a delivery surcharge. These costs are determined directly by our courier and not HOTBIN Composting.
UK Delivery Times
We offer a standard UK delivery time of 5-15 working days on all our products but this may vary with demand.
Regrettably, orders cannot be dispatched on either Saturday or Sunday.
All of the UK bound HOTBIN products are currently shipped with DPD and can take up to 5 working days to be delivered once they have been dispatched.
Our delivery times cannot be guaranteed in case of adverse weather conditions.
Please note: If you are ordering different products, please be aware that these may be sent from different warehouses so they may not arrive as a single delivery.
Leave Safe and Signatures
Signatures are not required for HOTBINs on delivery. If you are likely to be out when the delivery is made and wish to provide us with a ‘safe place’ or a ‘deliver to neighbour’ option, we can pass this information onto our couriers DPD Local. Instructions can be left on the first page of the checkout. Orders with specific delivery instructions (eg. 'leave round back') are left at the customers own risk.
We are unable to guarantee delivery on a specific day however we will do our utmost to fulfil your requirements
HOTBIN Spare Parts
We send all HOTBIN spares via Royal Mail 2nd Class. Please note that these are not tracked. While these usually arrive within 3 working days, they have take up to 10 working. If you have placed an order for spares and it has not arrived after 10 days, please contact us to arrange a replacement.
