Can I cancel my order?

If you've placed an order you can cancel for a full refund provided the order has not been dispatched.

I want to cancel after dispatch, what shall I do?

What happens next?

We will process your refund immediately if not yet dispatched or as soon as possible once your order has been returned to us.

You will receive notification of the refund via email.

How long does it take to receive my money back?

Refunds take 3-10 working days to process, depending on the original payment method used.

Will I pay for returning my item?

If you have changed your mind, you will be responsible for paying for the return.

We will deduct this cost from the refund we make to you.

Why did I not receive a full refund?

If you've changed your mind about an item, we will refund your order amount less the return courier costs.

If your product was damaged or faulty or if you cancelled prior to dispatch, you will receive the full amount.
