Do you offer free delivery?
We offer free delivery on all orders over £50 to standard UK postcodes.
Some of our products are always delivered free of charge. See product page for more information.
What is your standard delivery charge?
To standard UK postcodes, we charge £2.99 delivery on orders under £50.
This minimum charge always applies to non-standard post codes. Please see FAQ listing these postcodes.
How do you calculate delivery charges?
Delivery charges are calculated at the checkout. The amount will vary depending on the type of items in your basket and your delivery address.
How quickly do you deliver?
Unless otherwise stated, our standard delivery time for stock items is 5-7 working days.
Products sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class can take up to 10 working days but usually arrive within 3-5 days.
Every product has an "Important Delivery Information" section to provide specific timescales. We recommend always reading this first, particularly for made-to-order products.
Are there delivery surcharges to non-standard UK postcodes?
The following post codes are subject to extra postal charges:
BT - Northern Ireland
HS - Outer Hebrides
IM - Isle of Man
ZE – Shetland Islands
IV – Inverness
KW - Kirkwall
The exact surcharge depends on the items in your basket and will be calculated at the checkout.
Delivery cannot be calculated at checkout
For certain UK postcodes, sometimes we cannot calculate a delivery charge at checkout. This is because of the items in your basket.
If you receive a message "Delivery cannot be calculated" at check-out, please contact hello@franktons.com and we will see if we can find a solutions that works for you.
Do you offer next-day delivery?
We do not currently provide next day delivery as an option, however, some fragile items are often sent on a 24-hour service in order to expedite delivery.
If a 24-hour service is used, you will be informed about it in advance.
